If you have a complaint about the practice, please call or email the Practice Manager. If you prefer, you can write to us.

We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve issues quickly to satisfy our patients needs and expectations.

We learn from our mistakes and appreciate your involvement in helping to improve our service.

If you wish to make a complaint on behalf of a third party please download and complete this Third Party Consent form.

Once the Practice has received details of your complaint (either directly from yourself or from GM ICB)  it will be acknowledged within three working days and we would aim to provide a full response within a period of six weeks following the completion of investigation into your complaint.  If it is not possible to respond within the above time scale you would of course be kept informed on the matter in writing.
