The Family Medical Practice offers annual reviews for all our Learning Disability patients with the practice nurse or the health care assistant.
We give long appointment times to make sure there is plenty of time to go through the review and answer any questions.
You can ask for an appointment when the practice is quieter and less busy.
You can bring a carer, friend, or relative with you to your appointment.
If you need a longer appointment with the doctor we are happy to arrange this, please let the reception team know.
