The Family Medical Practice has signed up to the Sexual Safety Charter for the protection of our staff, and associated staff:
The practice will not condone any form of sexual harassment or misconduct from staff or patients and will actively work to eradicate sexual harassment and abuse in the work place.
We will take appropriate and timely actions should any form of misconduct or harassment take place.
We will provide support for our staff if they experience unwanted, inappropriate, and / or harmful sexual behaviours.
We have a policy in place which outlines the responsibilities of the practice to our staff, how to report, support, and recover from sexual abuse.
