Jessica is our full time Nurse Practicioner:
Her background includes District Nursing and Practice Nursing.
She holds a BSc in Adult Nursing.
She has completed level 7 Clinical Skills and has attained her Non-Medical Prescribing certificate (V300 course is a UK Non‑Medical Prescribing) as part of the Advanced Clinical Practice MSc from Edge Hill University (completion in 2028).
She will be prescribing for all the Long Term Conditions she manages for our patients and also some acute conditions within the remit of her clinical skills.
She can see patients for all Chronic Diseases (Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, Coronary Heart Disease etc.), Immunisations and Vaccinations, Cervical Cytology (Smears), Contraception, B12 injections and many other conditions.
