The new service, which does not require any registration or set up, is called Accurx and can be accessed via this link:

On Accurx you can send requests for appointments, medications or Fit Notes etc.
It is a safe connection, & the same link can be used each time you need to send a request.
We are aware that some patients prefer to contact us by phone or in person & this can continue as we will complete the Accurx questions on your behalf; we are happy to help patients with their choice of communication.
To ensure urgent cases are seen promptly and that no one is disadvantaged according to the way in which they access the practice, online, in person, or by telephone, all requests will be triaged on the need for urgent care & not on a first come first served basis.
On the Accurx form you can choose to place a request for yourself or another patient already registered at the practice who is under your care, e.g. a child, a parent etc.
You can choose to submit a medical problem or an administrative issue, just click on the box that suits your question.
